The Be Still Challenge is something I'm really excited about. One day back in June of 2004 while sitting on the "porcelain throne" (in deep thought), an idea hit me to come up with a challenge for anyone desiring to hear from God more clearly. Even Jesus knew the importance of getting away by himself for times of reflection and prayer with his Father. If it was important to Jesus, that's good enough for me. It's no coincidence I've included the word "challenge" in this experience because this is exactly what it will be for those of us with A.D.D. or A.D.H.D. But the cool part about this experience is having the opportunity to struggle together as an online community as well as sharing some successes with one another.
